My History 

Growing up as an athlete with a passion for sports and exercise I turned my attention to weight lifting when I was 18 and I've never turned back! It was my enthusiasm for fitness that compelled me to pursue a career as a personal trainer after graduating from university. Like most trainers I started out in a "big box" gym...this is where I realized the fitness industry was full of unqualified people promoting "cookie cutter" fitness programs. I wanted to be different...I wanted to be a better trainer!  So I have and continue to search out the most accurate, current and leading edge information that I can bring back to my clients for the past 20 years.  It's this knowledge and dedication that has kept me working with some of the same clients for over 18 years.   

Why is Evolve Fitness is different? At most fitness facilities the trainer will assess the client with exercises that are designed to have them fail...this is how they entice you to buy sessions.  Or they predict how you will look in the future BUT only if you follow their program and commit lots of time and money..."If you follow my program you will lose 20 lbs in 8 weeks" (sound familiar).  At Evolve Fitness you will receive a comprehensive biomechanical, postural and lifestyle assessment predicated on the industry leading CHEK Institute system.  Your individual wellness program is designed to rebalance your deficiencies and meet the needs of your unique health and fitness journey.  

I pride myself by helping others take control of their lives emotionally, mentally and physically.  I have helped many people dramatically improve their overall wellness and evolve into a healthier person.  Who knows what you'll be able to achieve with a kick-start in the right direction!
